In case of an exchange request or if the product received is damaged, customers must inform the brand within 2 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan. A fee of Rs.400 will be charged on every exchange. Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 2 days. Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or if there are size issues. Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange. Articles purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged. Cash refunds are not offered, instead you will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to buy now or in future. Once you provide all the required information and if all conditions are met, we will share the return shipping address with you. Please note that return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. After we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement piece.

Order Delay & Compensation Policy For Paid Orders

Cash refund is not offered on paid orders in any case . In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances or overbookings on our end, cancellations and refunds will not be available for paid orders. However, upon customer request, we will be happy to issue a coupon of equal value for future purchases. In case of a late-delivered parcel, the customer may return the product to the brand and delivery charges will be paid by the customer and apply for a voucher. This ensures you can shop with confidence while we strive to deliver the best service possible.
